ILFORD GALERIE Classic Paper is a premium RC paper designed to provide
images with excellent colour stability and an elegant professional finish,
from today's range of photo-dedicated dye desktop inkjet printers.
ILFORD GALERIE Classic Paper is available in "Gloss" and "Pearl" finish.
Note : this product is not compatible with printers using pigment inks.
TIPS
The glossy side (or the pearl side) of the paper is the printing
surface.
Follow the printer manufacturer's instructions for loading the paper.
Store the paper in the original packaging to prevent damage to the
printing surface.
The paper can be handled immediately after printing; however, it should
be fully dried prior to storing or stacking.
AVOID...
... touching the printing surface of the paper, this may affect image and
colour quality.
... exposing the paper to extreme temperature and humidity as this can
reduce image quality.
PRINTER SETTINGS GUIDELINES
This paper is designed for use in quality inkjet printers including Epson
r, Hewlett Packard r, Canon r, Lexmark r and other leading brands.
Best results are achieved with printers designed for photo quality.
Use "Generic Printer" settings if your printer is not listed in the
PRINTER SETTINGS GUIDE (see separate download).
Personal preferences and individual printing conditions can vary. For
best results, printer settings may need to be changed. Experiment with
different settings to achieve the preferred look for your prints.
TIPS ON PRINTER SOFTWARE
Changing the media type (i.e. paper, film, etc.) under printer options
alters the look of the print and can affect colour quality.
Red, Green, Blue (RGB) files process differently than Cyan, Magenta,
Yellow, Black (CMYK) files. Most images yield higher print quality when
printed from RGB files.
